When it works, Block scales with confidence, speed, and precision. •As a Product Manager on the GTM Platform team, you will shape AI products that fundamentally change how work gets done. You will decide where automation should exist, where humans must stay in the loop, and how the two work together at scale. Your work will directly impact quality, cost, growth, efficiency and reliability across the company. •This is a hands-on, end-to-end role. You will be a builder, owning problems from first principles to production reality. You will work side by side with engineering, machine learning, data, design, and operations to turn messy, ambiguous workflows into intelligent systems that deliver real results. •This role sits within the Business Platform, which builds the systems and automations powering Block’s core business functions – customer support, risk, guidance, and GTM.
