Hiring: Product Manager, Growth Company: Fleetio Location: United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 12:47:39 Employment Type: Contract / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Product Management, Rails, SQL, SaaS, User Experience About the job Experience: •3-5 years in product management, including meaningful experience in product-led growth and/or experimentation-focused roles in modern B2B SaaS environments •BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related equivalent field/experience •Strong quantitative business acumen and comfort using data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and inform decisions •In-depth knowledge of product growth best practices, experimentation, and funnel analysis •Passion for customer and business success, shortening time to value, and the craft of product management Required Skills: •Drive product growth across key parts of the customer journey, including activation, adoption, monetization, retention, and expansion •Build and optimize growth loops that are repeatable, scalable, and measurable •Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel performance, lifecycle moments, and value realization to identify high-leverage opportunities •Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable outcomes •Use quantitative analysis, qualitative insight, and product judgment to inform priorities and decisions •Generate and test hypotheses through thoughtful experimentation and rapid iteration •Contribute to growth strategy and roadmap decisions by identifying opportunities, recommending priorities, and driving execution within your area •Guide initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch, analysis, and optimization Qualifications: •Our ideal candidate is curious, proactive, customer-centric, and energized by solving growth problems through product. You have strong product judgment, a bias toward learning, and a demonstrated ability to turn customer insight and data into measurable impact. •You have experience in product-led growth and self-serve product development, with a strong understanding of funnels, loops, lifecycle optimization, and experimentation. You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution, and you know how to use both quantitative and qualitative inputs to make sound product decisions. •You are self-sufficient with data, comfortable exploring dashboards and analyzing funnels, and able to use evidence to influence priorities. You are also fluent in modern AI tools and concepts, whether through building AI-powered features or using AI to improve the quality and speed of your work.
