Required Skills: •Define and own the persona strategy for Generative AI experiences on a leading cloud platform, establishing a scalable, data-driven framework for differentiated customer cohorts. •Translate persona insights into a portfolio of Generative AI application concepts, defining the investment thesis for each, including target persona, differentiated value, and technical strategy. •Own the "working backwards" narrative at the portfolio level, authoring PR/FAQs and supplementing with functional prototypes to make the vision tangible. •Make critical prioritization decisions across competing application investments, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic positioning. •Define success metrics grounded in customer outcomes, such as adoption by persona, task completion rates, and trust signals. •Influence senior leadership with compelling, data-backed narratives and drive cross-organizational partnerships to ensure broad adoption of persona insights. •What You'll Need •4+ years of technical experience (e.g., software development, ML/AI systems, or hands-on engineering). •10+ years of technical product management, program management, or engineering experience, with at least 5 years at a senior/principal level owning portfolio-level strategy. •Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML or Generative AI products at scale. •Hands-on experience building with Generative AI tooling, including personal prototyping, prompt engineering, or building functional demos/POCs. •Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments, defining both the problem and the solution. •Track record of influencing org-level strategy and driving alignment across multiple teams (engineering, science, design, business). •What's On Offer •Competitive annual salary ($181,100 - $245,000) plus potential for sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
