Required Skills: •You are a product leader with strong technical depth in AI software, datacenter platforms, and customer-facing execution. You understand how AI workloads are built, deployed, optimized, and scaled, and you can translate complex software and system-level requirements into product strategy, customer value, and business results. •You thrive in highly collaborative environments and are comfortable working across engineering, software, architecture, sales, marketing, customers, and partners. You can lead technical discussions with customers, drive proof of concept execution, identify business opportunities, and communicate clearly with senior leaders. •Product leadership: Define and execute CPU AI product strategy from workload analysis through product requirements, customer validation, and go to market execution. •Technical depth: Strong understanding of AI inference, Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, Speculative Decode, vector databases, model serving, orchestration frameworks, and CPU-based performance optimization. •Software fluency: Ability to work with software teams on AI frameworks, runtimes, libraries, benchmarking, enablement priorities, and customer deployment requirements. •Customer management: Proven ability to engage directly with cloud, enterprise, OEM, and ecosystem customers to understand requirements, manage POCs, and convert technical validation into business outcomes. •Business acumen: Ability to size opportunities, assess market trends, evaluate competitive positioning, build business cases, and drive product decisions that improve revenue, share, and profitability. •Executive communication: Clear, concise communication with senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders, both written and verbal.
