Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience. •Demonstrated capacity to articulate business needs in terms of measurable outcomes, KPIs, and value propositions. •Understanding of product roadmap development and portfolio management against finite delivery capacity. •Operational familiarity with OKR and KPI frameworks; customer and end-user focused decision-making. •Comprehensive expertise in the assigned business domain: operations, objectives, pain points, and strategic direction. •Demonstrated capacity to connect technology investment decisions to business strategy and organizational outcomes. •Strong situational analysis and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous or politically complex environments. •Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels: written, verbal, and visual. •Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and coach business leaders on value-based prioritization. •Demonstrated capacity to facilitate difficult prioritization conversations, including declining low-value work with clarity and respect.
