In this role you will need to apply working knowledge of middle and back-office workflows to define product design and detailed specifications. •Your work will directly contribute to improving data quality, operational efficiency and client outcomes while supporting our priority partnerships and strategic operating model initiatives. •We Will Trust You To Define and drive product priorities aligned to client needs and broader strategic objectives. •Own and manage the product roadmap for key areas, including asset class expansion and operational readiness. •Analyse workflows across front-to-middle office functions to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. •Translate business needs into clear product requirements and partner with Engineering to deliver scalable solutions. •Ensure start-of-day readiness by driving improvements in data completeness, accuracy and timeliness across critical workflows. •Use data, operational metrics and client feedback to inform prioritisation and product decisions. •Lead integrations with third-party partners and internal systems, ensuring alignment with target operating models. •Track delivery against milestones, proactively managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
