Hiring: Product Management, Orthopedic Power Instruments Company: Arthrex Location: Naples, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 15:15:19 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Product Development Lifecycle, Product Management, Product Strategy, Segment About the job Experience: •Product Manager level requires at least 5 years of orthopedic medical device product management (up and/or downstream marketing) and/or sales and/or engineering experience. •Demonstrated capacity to work with cadaveric specimens. •Knowledge And Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses And/or Training •Knowledge of the orthopedic market. •Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results. Required Skills: •Lead cross-functional product development efforts in partnership with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations from concept through commercialization. •Define and execute product strategy, including market research, competitive analysis, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management (launch through phase-out). •Develop and maintain a prioritized set of customer and market requirements to ensure products align with business objectives and market opportunities. •Manage the full product development lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and coordination through design, prototype, and production release stages. •Drive project execution by establishing objectives, allocating resources, monitoring budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial targets. •Provide technical and financial analysis, including product justification, profit estimates, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership. •Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders (including customers and key surgeons) to gather insights, maintain relationships, and ensure alignment on scope, quality, and deliverables. •Coordinate product launches and commercialization efforts, including sales enablement, marketing communications, training, and distribution strategy to maximize market penetration. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or engineering. •Master’s degree is preferred. •Associate Product Manager level requires at least 1 year of orthopedic medical device product management and/or sales and/or engineering and/or marketing experience OR a Master’s degree.
