This position reports to the P-8 Configuration Management Team as part of the Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT). •This position will be 100% onsite in Tukwila, Washington. •The P-8 is a high-visibility, advanced commercial derivative military aircraft program. As a , you will oversee and guide a team responsible for configuration planning, identification, change control, tracking, delivery support, and facilitating program baseline management. •Lead and provide guidance for the development, analysis, management, and compliance verification of process and product baselines for highly integrated complex products. •Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across multiple disciplines to drive project success in an integrated product team environment. •Work collaboratively with engineering teams, program leadership, functional teams, customers, and suppliers to support configuration and data management needs. •Manage change/configuration management processes and engineering data management. •Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently to support data processing and reporting.
