Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional leaders to implement strategic plans for innovative photopolymer products aligned with advanced lithographic and performance requirements. •Gather and communicate market and technology trends by engaging directly with customers and presenting insights on current and future product needs. •Work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure timely introduction of new products that meet customer lithography and performance targets. •Support product development by ensuring compliance with internal protocols, customer data requirements, and regulatory standards. •Respond to technical inquiries regarding lithography, photoresist behavior, and material interactions for both new and existing products. •Assist in interpreting chemical parameters and synthetic compositions for regulatory documentation and compliance activities. •Partner with quality engineers to validate changes, plan for capacity increases, and drive quality and cost improvement initiatives. •Lead and support projects with industry partners and customers, focusing on lithographic performance, process optimization, and product qualification. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field required. •Advanced degree (MS or PhD) strongly preferred, especially with focus on semiconductor materials, polymers, or lithography. •Direct experience with resist chemistry or lithography is ideal; strong related semiconductor/materials experience considered. •Knowledge of photoresist chemistry, polymer systems, lithography process flows, and factors influencing lithographic performance. •Operational familiarity with FAB processes (spin coating, exposure, PEB, development) and experience with SEM imaging, CD analysis, and defect inspection is a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to use statistical methods, DOE, and data modeling for product optimization; understanding of semiconductor manufacturing metrics (LER/LWR, resolution, sensitivity, CD uniformity). •Strong technical communication, documentation, and project management skills. •Demonstrated work ethic, ability to thrive in fast-paced R&D settings, and collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork. •Proactive problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Comfort working in laboratory and cleanroom environments, adhering to EHS and PPE protocols.
