Required Skills: •Product Development & Fit Assistant, Accessories & Footwear •POSITION SUMMARY •The Product Development & Fit Assistant, Accessories & Footwear will support the Accessories & Footwear Production team with day-to-day production coordination, data entry, vendor communication, purchase order management, product tracking, and administrative support. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities and communicate across vendors and internal teams. •This position will also support footwear fit and sample reviews, including trying on footwear samples and providing feedback related to fit, comfort, and construction. •KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Maintain and update all relevant data in the ERP system, including but not limited to pricing, HTS codes, MID codes, and new vendor setup. •Complete purchase order data entry and maintenance for all finished goods and raw materials in the ERP system, including ex-factory date updates and warehouse allocations. •Allocate and receive all raw material purchase orders in the ERP system. •Create UPC files and distribute them to vendors as needed. •Communicate with vendors regarding day-to-day production-related matters, including timelines, samples, approvals, and shipments. •Create and update production WIPs for vendors and cross-functional partners, including production shipment updates for Warehouse and Sales teams and PP/TOP WIPs for vendors. •Assist the Production Director with PP/TOP approvals and maintain production standards and documentation. •Upload PP/TOP comments and approvals to the PLM system. •Assist with footwear sample reviews and fit evaluations, providing feedback on fit, comfort, construction, and overall wearability. •Try on footwear samples as needed to support product development and fit approvals.
