Required Skills: •Manage and optimize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workflows, including Change Orders, Change Requests, and Deviations, ensuring efficient processes and accurate documentation. •Actively facilitate and support governance of product data integrity, standardization, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies. •Configure and maintain product management systems, enabling scalable and reliable workflows while identifying automation opportunities. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT) to align processes and ensure smooth implementation of changes. •Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide actionable insights and operational visibility. •Investigate and resolve system errors, process bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies, implementing corrective and preventive actions. •Analyze the impact of product changes on manufacturing, supply chain, and customer experience, supporting data-driven decision-making. •Explore and support AI-driven capabilities such as summarization, anomaly detection, and workflow recommendations. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •Proficiency in workflow configuration, data visualization for KPI reporting, and/or automation tools. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. •A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
