Qualifications: •Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience. •Prior experience in cloud security and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CSA STAR). •Previous background with executive presence to translate vision into actionable strategy, effectively managing expectations and requirements across diverse stakeholders. •Prior experience driving enterprise transformation and operational maturity. •Professional security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or a relevant cloud-security certification (e.g., AWS Security Specialty or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer) are highly preferred. •Prior experience designing and scaling product compliance or cloud assurance programs across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments, translating requirements into market expansion and roadmap priorities. •Prior experience applying AI, automation, workflow optimization, or data analytics to reduce manual effort, improve audit readiness, and create executive-ready performance insights. •We are Cisco, and our power starts with you. •The starting salary range posted for this position is $154,900.00 to $225,300.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits. •7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience.
