Required Skills: •Agile Ceremony Leadership & Delivery: Lead daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning for dedicated IT scrum teams. Drive sprint completion, maintain plan integration, coordinate QA/testing gates, and streamline the release process to ensure seamless feature delivery. •Ecosystem & Partner Capability Enablement: Serve as an IT technical liaison across external partner integrations. Collaborate with engineering teams to enable the externalization of Hill’s ecosystem capabilities. •Cross-Functional Collaboration & Flexible Ownership: Act as a flexible, end-to-end owner across all project phases. Adapt quickly to evolving business needs, proactively bridge gaps between IT and commercial stakeholders, and execute tasks outside core job definitions whenever necessary to achieve team goals. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, combined with 2+ years of experience as an IT Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner. •Demonstrated success in working within Agile/Scrum product development teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, grooming backlogs, and managing user story deployment cycles in Jira or similar tools. •Hands-on familiarity with modern collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence) as well as generative/agentic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, OpenClaw) to accelerate productivity and technical analysis. •Basic understanding of User-Centric Design (UI/UX) principles and standard software quality assurance (QA) gate practices. •Passion for data-driven decision-making, with experience in Google Analytics, PIMS data mining, or tracking recommendation-to-conversion funnel metrics. •Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, business-friendly language (and vice versa) for both technical developers and commercial leadership.
