Required Skills: •Partner with RGM, Sales, Finance, Sales Planning, Business Success, and IT&Data stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, priorities, and opportunities for improvement. •Translate business needs into clear user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and supporting documentation. •Support discovery discussions by assessing business value, operational impact, feasibility, data readiness, user experience, risks, and dependencies. •Analyze data flows, application behavior, reporting outputs, and operational processes to identify root causes and recommend practical improvements. •Maintain clear documentation that enables shared understanding between business users, Product Owners, developers, data engineers, vendors, and support teams. •Agile Delivery and Product Support •Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, release preparation, and ongoing product delivery activities for the NORAM RGM Squad. •Prepare backlog items so they are well defined, testable, and ready for prioritization by the Product Owner. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. •Strong ability to gather requirements, document business processes, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, support testing, and communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences. •Solid functional working knowledge of agile delivery practices, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, release support, and continuous improvement. •CPG, RGM, sales planning, finance, pricing, promotion planning, syndicated data, or trade investment experience is a strong plus. •Business translator who can connect user needs, process realities, data requirements, and technical delivery. •Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to investigate issues, structure findings, and recommend practical next steps. •Strong communicator who can simplify complex topics for business stakeholders and provide enough detail for technical teams to act. •Collaborative partner who builds trust across functions, countries, vendors, and product teams. •Curious and comfortable learning new technologies, business processes, data structures, and ways of working. •Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and maintain visibility on risks and dependencies.
