Required Skills: •Execute daily purchase orders, order confirmations, and follow-ups with suppliers. •Maintain accurate data within ERP systems (NetSuite) for orders, lead times, pricing, and delivery status. •Monitor and track inventory levels, triggering reorders based on established thresholds. •Expedite and resolve order issues such as late deliveries, shortages, and quality discrepancies. •Support vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and documentation management. •Generate routine reports and maintain procurement dashboards (open orders, delivery status, spend analysis). •Collaborate closely with Operations, Plant, Design, and Site teams to ensure material availability and responsiveness. •Serve as first point of contact for tactical procurement issues before escalating to the Materials Manager.
