Required Skills: •Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies to optimize cost, quality, service levels, and business value. •Manage assigned indirect spend categories, identifying opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, process improvements, and risk mitigation. •Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, innovation, and risks within assigned categories. •Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, from strategy development through supplier selection and contract execution. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives. •Negotiate, execute, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. •Source and negotiate complex Professional Services agreements, including consulting, contingent labor, managed services, and other knowledge-based service categories. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing processes, supplier performance, and overall procurement effectiveness.
