Hiring: Procurement Governance and P2P Specialist Company: Brightstar Lottery Location: West Greenwich, RI Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 20:17:40 Target Skills & Keywords : REST, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management About the job Required Skills: •The Procurement Governance and P2P Specialist II supports Brightstar Lottery’s procurement governance, supplier management, and Procure-to-Pay operations, with primary responsibility for the United States and Rest of World regions and opportunities to support selected global processes. •Manage supplier qualification, onboarding, administration, and monitoring activities while maintaining productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. •Maintain supplier master data and supporting documentation, ensuring information is complete, accurate, current, and aligned with established governance requirements. •Coordinate supplier risk assessments, performance evaluations, and inspections in collaboration with Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, Audit, CSR, ICT Security, and other participating functions. •Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, analyze purchasing and spend data, establish process key performance indicators, and monitor results to identify risks and improvement opportunities. •Maintain procurement policies, procedures, controls, and supporting documentation in accordance with corporate standards, SOX requirements, and applicable compliance frameworks. •Support internal and external audits and procurement-related certification processes by coordinating documentation, responding to information requests, and helping address identified gaps. •Serve as a subject-matter expert for the Ariba P2P platform, supporting platform governance, maintenance, issue resolution, process changes, and enhancements in partnership with ERP, IT, business functions, and external vendors. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. •At least five years of procurement experience, including experience in procurement governance. •Demonstrated experience administering, supporting, or governing the Ariba P2P platform. •Knowledge of supplier qualification, onboarding, master data management, risk assessment, performance evaluation, and procurement reporting processes. •Understanding of procurement policies, internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit support activities. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret procurement data, monitor KPIs, and identify process improvement opportunities. •Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and coordinate activities across departments and with external partners. •Demonstrated capacity to balance cost, quality, operational effectiveness, supplier risk, and compliance when evaluating procurement processes and resolving issues •Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. •Approximately ten years of progressive procurement experience across multiple areas, including procurement governance.
