Develop functional requirements in conjunction with the appropriate process areas. •Deliver strategic and management planning, coordination, and facilitation for continuous improvement of functions, and the integration of enterprise-wide programs and activities. •Analyze and evaluate contracting policy and legislative matters. Analyze, develop, document and evaluate complex Procurement requirements for Procurement functional areas. •Evaluate service acquisition data and research for potential cost savings opportunities, future spend planning, identifies potential efficiencies and cross-organizational opportunities.
