Hiring: ProCore Administrator Company: Silo Ridge Field Club Location: Amenia, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 11:14:01 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Project Management, Visio, Workday About the job Required Skills: •Responsible to assist in the implementation in overall management and proper use of Procore software functions, workflows and customization. •Assist in training programs or modify and improve existing programs. •Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. •Assist in develop of training documents and workflows. •Provide and identify teams or individuals who may need additional support and training. •Develop a team member orientation, and provide initial onboarding training through webinars, conference calls, or in person training. •Perform monthly project reviews to qualify and clean project data, and ensure the quality of the data; retrain as required where gaps occur. •Participate in personal training and conferences to remain current with all software developments, releases, and program revisions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree or Experience in related field required •Demonstrated capacity to listen and respond to specific requests as directed by project managers and department leaders. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively and professionally on multiple levels in written and verbal form •Competency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Project and, Visio •Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, and team members. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment. •Demonstrated capacity to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
