Required Skills: •We are seeking a skilled and motivated •Process Optimization & Production Support •Start, monitor, and optimize injection molding processes to ensure consistent product quality and maximum efficiency. •Adjust machine parameters within established process tolerances and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. •Continuously monitor molding operations and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. •Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining production schedules. •Investigate and address product non-conformances while ensuring compliance with quality standards. •Actively facilitate and support Molding Process Engineer in the setup, startup, and validation of new molds, tools, materials, and production trials.
