Location: Westminster, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:17:08 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Quality Assurance, Security Clearance, Six Sigma About the job Required Skills: •The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution – from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management. •Continuous Improvement & Metrics: Drive and collaborate with manufacturing teams on Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities within specialized work centers. Leverage work center metrics and trend analysis to identify improvements which increase service levels, efficiency and quality while reducing costs. •Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA): Consult on and drive RCCA for major process failures across all Tactical Solutions (TS) programs. Lead the RCCA process for Hardware Anomaly Reports (HARs) originating from specialized work centers, ensuring RCs are well understood and CAs are effective. •Enterprise Governance: Serve as the primary QE representative for all TS Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to process failures. •Mentorship & Training: Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive internal training programs for new hires and junior Quality Engineers (QEs). Supervise work assignments to ensure timely support for programs, manufacturing lines, and work centers, providing expert guidance and prompt assistance during technical failures. •Process Oversight: Manage oversight on "general QE" process approvals for all Materials & Processes (M&P) documentation within Agile and Fusion •Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. •Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: •Technical Validation: Maintain professional certifications and perform referee inspections for Quality Control (QC) as necessary to validate process compliance.
