Hiring: Process Operations Superintendent Company: Solidus Resources, LLC Location: Imlay, NV Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:26:35 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management, SAP, Spring About the job Required Skills: •Provide visible safety leadership and ensure compliance with company standards and federal and state regulations. •Direct process operations crews, set clear expectations and ensure accountability for safety, production and conduct. •Coordinate with leach pad, ADR, maintenance, metallurgy, technical services, finance, safety and environmental teams. •Maintain safe, reliable and environmentally compliant plant operations. •Coach, train and develop employees through onboarding, mentoring, skills development and cross-training. •Participate in recruitment, performance management and employee development. •Monitor plant performance, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to efficiency, availability and equipment utilization. •Coordinate maintenance activities, including safe equipment shutdown and preparation. Qualifications: •Minimum eight years of relevant experience, including leadership within operational teams. •Strong knowledge of gold pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy and experimental design. •Knowledge of metallurgical accounting practices and procedures. •Proven ability to lead innovative projects from concept through design. •Understanding of project management principles preferred. •Strong team building, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. •Strong organizational, administrative and supervisory skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
