Required Skills: •Role: AMS Compliance lead •Who are we looking for? •Should have experience in Compliance IT applications, including FIS ECM (Employee Compliance), LRN (Learning Compliance App), Red Oak, and Proofpoint. candidate should have prior experience to lead AMS team, self motivated and focused on continuous service improvement and add value to customer ecosystem. •Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications, including those related to AML and Sanctions monitoring, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance. •Take ownership of supported applications, acting as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, enhancements, and stakeholder communication. •Lead the team with Development and support work (along with ownership). •Interface directly with Offshore team to keep things on track •Support and maintain SQL Server environments, including query optimization and basic DBA tasks such as backups and user access. Qualifications: •Patriot Manager AML tool along with CLINK. •SQL Server and SQL scripting •C-Link (data integration and connectivity) •IBM DataStage (ETL development and support) •Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools and protocols •AML and Sanctions systems and workflows •Basic understanding of DBA tasks such as database backups, user management, and performance monitoring. •Operational familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. •Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
