Required Skills: •NCR Management: Initiate, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports in the quality system •Physical & Digital Isolation: Coordinate the physical segregation of defective items into the MRB area and immediately update their location status to "Quarantine" in the ERP system. •Cross-Functional Tracking: Follow up with Engineering, Production, Shipping, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure NCR investigations and disposition approvals move forward. •Material Dispositions: Process approved dispositions in NAV, including issuing rework RO, posting inventory adjustments for scrapped material or moving UAI disposition or successfully reworked items back to active stock. •Inventory Reconciliation: Audit the MRB location regularly to ensure physical counts match the ERP system's non-conforming inventory records. •Process Improvement: Analyzing data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency. Qualifications: •ERP Experience: Proficiency in executing basic material movements and inventory status changes within an ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). •Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry to prevent inventory discrepancies. •Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex systems and data to identify potential risks. •Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for documenting findings and coordinating with cross-functional teams. •Problem-Solving: Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose effective corrective actions. •Knowledge of AS9001 or ISO 9001 or other major Quality Management Systems. •NAV Expertise: Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or Business Central) for inventory management. •Export Control / ITAR Requirement: This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
