Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support team in managing 0.15um ~ 0.18um product lines, driving process integration, daily yield maintenance, and assisting with new product phase-ins. Qualifications: •Technical Skills: Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with data analysis, SPC (Statistical Process Control), or DOE (Design of Experiments) is a plus. •Soft Skills: Strong passion for learning, proactive attitude, and good team-work and communication skills •Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are a plus. •Initiative-driven with priorities and responsibilities to support our needs. •Excels as both a team player and a leader, encouraging collaboration. •Motivated by achieving measurable results and improving performance. •Maintains focus and accuracy when working on intricate tasks, ensuring accuracy while managing deadlines and pressures. •All applicants must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
