Required Skills: •Lead and develop a team of Process Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance leadership. •Drive new mold qualification activities, including process development, validation, and production readiness. •Establish and optimize process parameters using Scientific Molding methodologies and RJG principles. •Lead Design of Experiments (DOE) activities to support process capability and mold qualification. •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, Tooling, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support successful product launches. •Participate in new project reviews and allocate engineering resources to meet project objectives. •Support mold design reviews and provide process engineering input early in development. •Ensure completion and accuracy of process documentation, including MAP reviews and validation records.
