You'll be the bridge between engineering, quality, and operations, helping turn data into practical solutions. •If you enjoy solving manufacturing challenges rather than just talking about them, you'll fit right in. •Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and throughput •Capture and analyze current manufacturing processes, then identify opportunities to reduce variation and improve performance •Support process qualification activities and implement improvements during new product launches •Run process evaluations, troubleshooting activities, and root cause investigations on the shop floor Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field •In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems and statistical process control •Solid functional working knowledge of Minitab and data-driven improvement techniques •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation •Operational familiarity with GD&T, Measurement Systems Analysis, and metrology principles •Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems is helpful •CAD or 3D design software experience is a plus •Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with production, quality, and leadership teams •A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.
