Required Skills: •Develop and validate processes for all new injection molds using Scientific Injection Molding techniques. •Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to establish stable, repeatable, and capable manufacturing processes. •Perform start-up, shutdown, and changeovers of injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment. •Conduct mold setups and pull-outs in alignment with production and sampling schedules. •Troubleshoot and optimize existing molding processes to maintain part quality and reduce scrap levels. •Develop, standardize, and maintain detailed process documentation, including process sheets and related instructions. •Monitor process performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions and enhancements. •Lead initiatives to improve cycle time, cavitation efficiency, scrap reduction, and overall processing consistency. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. •Two-year technical degree or comparable work experience. •Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and applications is preferred. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Production. •Strong communication skills to provide clear training and technical guidance to operations and engineering personnel. •This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI.
