Required Skills: •Lead process engineering and capital project activities from project initiation through startup and commissioning. •Develop project charters, business cases, scope documents, and execution strategies. •Create and review PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and process documentation. •Coordinate procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities. •Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans. •Develop Statements of Work (SOW), RFPs, and contractor deliverables. •Lead stakeholder meetings and communicate project progress to site leadership and steering committees. •Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and cost savings. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline. •Strong experience with PFDs, P&IDs, pumps, valves, and piping systems. •Demonstrated success managing installation, commissioning, and startup activities. •In-depth knowledge of risk assessment, project controls, and stakeholder management. •PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
