Required Skills: •Analyze existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency. •Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. •Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness. •Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve process inefficiencies and quality issues. •Process Design & Development •Partner cross-functionally with product design and R&D teams to ensure products are designed for efficient manufacturability. •Design, configure, and optimize production processes from inception through startup and certification. •Recommend design modifications to improve production efficiency and reduce ergonomic risks. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree •Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems. •Background in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). •Applied hands-on capability in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and productivity improvement.
