Hiring: Process Engineer Company: Knauf North America Location: Lanett, AL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:56:56 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, SAP About the job Experience: •Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering preferred Required Skills: •Perform technical analyses of manufacturing and process data related to curing, sizing, facing and packaging. •Identify process bottlenecks through time studies and other analytical methods. •Develop recommendations to enhance manufacturing capabilities through new ideas and methods. •Participate in projects and support project sub-teams involved in process and product optimisation, innovation, cost reduction and other related business initiatives. •Under the supervision of the Manager, Process Engineering, execute projects to support department goals and objectives in the areas of cost reduction, productivity improvement, process flow, capacity increases, scrap reduction, and process and product enhancements. •Maintain process setpoints and controls for curing, sizing, facing and packaging operations. •Partner cross-functionally with other Process Engineers and Corporate functions on cross-functional activities and initiatives. •Review new product requests and approve them based on plant capabilities.
