Required Skills: •Understand customer requirements with regard to process and specification and assure both are integrated into operations. •Provide exceptional process information and details to satisfy customer information requirements and requests. •Partner cross-functionally with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning, and Technical Sales Engineering and Project Engineering to deliver the manufacturing plan within Job Metrics. •Interface directly with the Building 3 Plant Manager and operations team to deliver the revenue expected and committed to on a monthly basis •Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. •Ensure Building 3 operations are cGMP compliant at all times •Prepare new Job Jackets (batch records) for commercial products and maintain templates for existing commercial products •Develop and implement new or modified production processes, equipment, and workflows. Qualifications: •360 feedback from peers and co-workers •Equipment and Labor Efficiency and Utilization •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. •2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (experience in cGMP (food or excipient) manufacturing is a plus). •Champion and embodiment of CPS Core Values •Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control. •Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SPC). •Operational familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks. •Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
