Required Skills: •As a Process Engineer in the SEM Lab, you will support our team by working closely with Lam's process groups to understand the sample requirements and translating those into specific process directions to enable SEM Lab technicians to achieve consistent quality and faster throughput. •Help troubleshoot quality issues within the team and conduct research to advance our understanding and techniques to enable more effective processing of samples. Qualifications: •This is a graduate eligible role. •Operational familiarity with working in a laboratory and on semiconductor equipment with experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques. •Operational familiarity with Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Focused Ion Beam (FIB) tools and techniques. •In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE). •Solid functional working knowledge of statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies. •We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
