This position will report directly to the Process Control Manager. •Designs, implements, and maintains process control strategies to optimize unit performance and reliability. •Troubleshoots and resolves control system issues, including hardware, software, and network components. •Collaborates with operations, engineering and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges. Develops and maintains relationships with console operators. •Maintains and optimizes Honeywell Experion PKS and TDC 3000 DCS platforms, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system upgrades to support safe and efficient refinery operations. •Maintain and support Triconex SIS and Rockwell Automation PLCs, including logic modifications, and testing. •Develops and maintains control narratives, logic diagrams, and system documentation. •Manages controls-related projects, including scope development, vendor coordination, and commissioning. Qualifications: •Associate's Degree in Electrical or Instrument Technology or High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years relevant experience required. (Education must be obtained/completed prior to start date) •Engineering Bachelor's Degrees also considered •Two (2) years or more of experience with industrial control systems required. •A valid Driver's License is required. •Proficiency in Honeywell Experion, and TDC3000. •Previous Refining Process Controls experience. •As an energy industry leader, our career opportunities fuel personal and professional growth.
