Hiring: Private Wealth Business Associate Company: Neuberger Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 12:13:48 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, Digital Transformation, Six Sigma, Wealth Management About the job Experience: •3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles Required Skills: •Our choice candidate will be a detail oriented strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems, dealing with ambiguity, organizational design, and who possesses an unrelenting customer obsession and a strong desire to make their mark on the organization. •Conduct a comprehensive inventory of all current processes within the Private Wealth business •Map out workflows, roles, and responsibilities to fully understand the existing operating model •Identify manual, duplicative, or unnecessary steps in current processes •Pinpoint areas for process enhancement, including automation opportunities and strategic redesign of workflows •Propose innovative solutions to streamline operations while maintaining compliance and quality •Recommend changes to organizational structure and roles & responsibilities to align with optimized processes •Develop a forward-looking operating model that incorporates process improvements, automation, and enhanced efficiency Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar are a plus •Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational efficiency tools •Proficiency in automation technologies and familiarity with digital transformation initiatives •Expertise in change management principles and techniques •Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and make decisions •Demonstrated capacity to build relationships and partner across a complex organization •Demonstrated capacity to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects •Demonstrated capacity to influence seniors and stakeholders outside of your span of control •Excellent time management, follow-through, and project delivery skills •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complexity Compensation: •$90,000 - $110,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
