Required Skills: •Capture, structure, and maintain deal-economics and underwriting-related data within designated databases and workflows. •Populate pricing and underwriting datasets accurately and consistently, supporting downstream analysis and reporting needs. •Normalize GP, fund, and related entity naming conventions to improve consistency across internal systems and outputs. •Review source materials and extract relevant financial and deal data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. •Partner with the offshore counterpart to coordinate execution, resolve data inconsistencies, and maintain agreed standards for data quality. •Support ongoing updates and maintenance of structured data repositories used by investment and business stakeholders. •Escalate exceptions, ambiguous cases, and data quality issues appropriately while helping improve standard operating procedures. •Contribute to process efficiency by identifying repeatable data capture patterns and opportunities for structured workflow improvements. Qualifications: •2–4+ years of relevant experience in data capture, financial data operations, investment data management, or a related function. •Strong data structuring capabilities and exceptional attention to detail. •Operational familiarity with financial or deal-related data and comfort working with structured and semi-structured information sources. •Demonstrated capacity to manage high-volume data capture work while maintaining quality and consistency. •Strong organizational skills and a disciplined, execution-oriented approach to work. •Operational familiarity with CapIQ, PitchBook, Preqin, and Bloomberg. •Proficiency in Excel and working familiarity with SQL, VBA and Python. •Exposure to private markets, alternative investments, or related financial datasets •Applicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the country where the role is located without the need for current or future sponsorship.
