Required Skills: •The Analyst/Associate, Business Development plays a critical role in supporting Atar Capital’s deal origination and proprietary pipeline development efforts. This individual operates at the front lines of sourcing, evaluating, and qualifying new acquisition opportunities aligned with the firm’s investment strategy. •I. Deal Origination Support •Actively facilitate and support Business Development team in sourcing new acquisition opportunities. •Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets. •Assist in building and maintaining proprietary deal pipeline. •Track and monitor inbound and outbound deal activity. •Identify relevant corporate divestitures and lower middle market opportunities. •II. CRM & Research Management Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required. •Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred. •MBA (for Associate level) preferred but not required. •·       Strong analytical and financial acumen. •·       Ability to assess business fundamentals and growth drivers. •·       High level of curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset. •·       Strong written and verbal communication skills. •·       Persistent, proactive, and highly organized. •·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •·       Strong work ethic and integrity.
