Required Skills: •Define and champion the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Private Credit platform, aligning product priorities with Broadridge’s strategic objectives and institutional client needs. •Serve as a subject matter expert in private credit, identifying opportunities related to market structure, regulatory change, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and agentic workflows. •Conduct market discovery, client workshops, and industry research to gather, prioritize, and translate complex requirements into scalable product capabilities. •Simplify private credit investment and operational workflows into automated, efficient solutions that improve usability, scalability, and business outcomes. •Partner closely with engineering and UX teams to drive successful product delivery from concept through launch, including collaboration on architecture, APIs, and integrations. •Lead go-to-market planning with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Client Support to support strong market positioning, client adoption, and commercial success. •Define and track product KPIs, manage the product backlog with discipline, and mentor Product Owners and cross-functional team members to foster product excellence.
