Requires little support when seeing an opportunity through from inception to closing. •Enhances the sales/client experience in Private Banking. •Understands the financial markets and their impact on clients. •Demonstrates a strong understanding of banking, credit/underwriting, and investment products. •Maintains a robust network of centers of influence from which referrals can be generated to ensure all annual goals are met and/or exceeded. •Performs ongoing analysis of client accounts to ensure client goals are targeted while bank profitability is maintained. Through analysis can proactively identify and execute on additional opportunities to deepen relationships. •Works with Premier Bankers to assure proper account “fit” and account set up with bank operations. •Exhibits strong understanding of cross selling options with ability to identify and execute on referrals to ancillary business lines. Coordinates meetings to uncover a client’s financial goals and objectives and subsequently recommends products and services from multiple business lines. Qualifications: •Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent, in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred. CFP, Series 7, and Series 66 preferred. Prior NMLS registration preferred required upon placement. Formal credit training preferred.
