Minimum of 8 years privacy experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house •Strong in-depth understanding of existing and developing privacy, AI and data security laws in the NorthAm region and working knowledge of those laws in the LATAM region. •Hands-on experience of GLBA, FCRA etc. •Comfortable taking the initiative and working across multiple business lines and jurisdictions •Excellent written and verbal skills in English •Admitted to practice law in at least one NorthAm state. •A problem solving attitude, with the ability to use regulation together with data to drive business decisions •Demonstrated capacity to drive and deliver projects from inception to completion, timely and with attention to detail •Relevant privacy qualification, such as CIPM, CIPP or equivalent.
