Our work ranges from high-volume digital printing and business documents to large-format graphics, signage, banners, wall coverings, floor graphics, backdrops, specialty substrates, and environmental graphics. •That means you'll work with different equipment, materials, customers, and challenges every day. •If you're someone who enjoys figuring things out, keeping production moving, helping customers, and seeing a project go from digital file to finished product, you'll fit right in. •Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with limited overtime as needed Required Skills: •Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of small and large-format digital print equipment •Produce high-quality work while keeping projects on schedule •Manage multiple print jobs and customer requests simultaneously •Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, solve problems, and follow projects through to completion •Prepare and preflight files for production •Manage RIPs, print layouts, cut files, color, and media usage •Perform finishing including mounting, laminating, cutting, trimming, weeding, punching, and binding •Perform quality control and proofreading Compensation: •$35,000 - $45,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
