Required Skills: •The Operator, Analog Press, is responsible for all aspects of operating analog printing equipment to production and quality standards, within budget and on time. Presses that are included under Analog Press: Flexo, Litho, Screen and Offset. •Shift Hours: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM •Reads instructions for job ticket and sets the press up or directs set-up of press based on instructions. •Lead and oversee make-ready/set-up of screen press to ensure proper machine set-up, registration, ink viscosity, color, to include mixing colors, and print quality. •Lead and oversee optimum speed, registration, and print quality according to established standards. •Run, adjust, and troubleshoot production jobs on the screen press. •Lead and oversee performing preventative maintenance. •Maintains and provides production logs and reports, as necessary. Qualifications: •High School diploma or GED equivalent. •Previous experience on the same or functionally similar press.
