Required Skills: •Serve as the central coordinator for JNOSC operations, overseeing both Tier III service response/help desk and service restoral team activities. •Ensure smooth coordination with other JSP Operations teams as specified (servers, applications, storage area network, backup and recovery, facilities, messaging). •Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance activities for the JSP Transport Network. •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports. •Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. •Facilitate regular project meetings and communication with stakeholders. •Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. •Develop risk management plans and implement mitigation strategies.
