Hiring: Principal Test Engineer Company: Riverstone Enterprise Solutions Location: Columbia, MD Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 14:49:15 Target Skills & Keywords : Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Systems Engineering About the job Required Skills: •Analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results. •Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and Reports. Works with other test organizations to support Test and Evaluation program integration. •Review planned acquisition approaches to support T and E schedule alignment with decision maker needs for T and E support •Plan program and event level testing for collection of data required for analysis and to synch T and E events with supported decision points •Establish and employ Data & Configuration Management capabilities •Support Data Authentication group functions and comply with program Discrepancy Reporting criteria and processes •Assess operational and system performance requirements for testability and criticality to frame and prioritize T and E objectives and enable evaluation planning •Coordinate with program Systems Engineering (SE) and review T and Erelated SE information to leverage functional analysis, system descriptions parameter selection and dependencies, Modeling and Simulation, and initial performance assessments Qualifications: •Current/Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph. •100% employerpaid medical, dental, and vision coverage •100% Employerpaid life and disability insurance •Approximately 10% employer 401(k) contribution, fully vested immediately, with no employee contribution required •Five weeks of PTO + 10 Federal holidays •5% annual performance or merit bonus •Riverstone Enterprise Solutions, an Envision Company is an equal-opportunity employer.
