Hiring: Principal Technology Engineer - Workplace Technology and AI Enablement, Field Agencies Company: Guardian Life Location: Holmdel, NJ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 07:43:24 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : AWS, Azure, Zoom About the job Required Skills: •Work in deep partnership with our messaging, workplace, help desk, cybersecurity and supporting field technology teams to define a roadmap and work with the impacted teams to prioritize and enhance field workplace and AI tools. •Lead and oversee the management of new technology field requests – ensure a comprehensive list of “approved” field technology requests are maintained and business/technology owners are identified. •Be responsible for key agency technology tools such as Storefront and email branding process Qualifications: •Hands-on experience implementing and training on AI-driven solutions (copilots, automation, insights) to improve productivity and streamline workflows. •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, Systems Analyst or related field or equivalent work experience. •Solid understanding of workplace and messaging technologies. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. •Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within defined timelines. •Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Zoom, Hearsay, Microsoft CoPilot, Cloud services (AWS/ Azure), Mac/PC, and mobile. •Three days a week at a Guardian office in Holmdel, NJ, New York, NY or Bethlehem, PA.
