Required Skills: •Design, develop, and integrate automated systems that support process and/or material development projects •Lead and support the development of technologies in adherence with TRL and MRL toll gates. •Working closely with Engineers and Engineering Technicians, supporting daily process development. •Interacting between Engineering groups (programs, chief office engineer, aftermarket, manufacturing/operations, facilities, supply chain, test labs, suppliers and customers); ensuring on-time and quality execution of materials & process project tasks and deliverables. •Utilize manufacturing process experience to provide technical support and consultation for executing prototype and demonstrator builds. •Review, understand, provide feedback, and approve manufacturing planning documents. •Ensures adherence to all compliance requirements (TRL, MRL, EHS, CMS, QMS, PPAP etc.) •Engages in problem solving initiatives & challenges the status quo (e.g. root cause and corrective action investigations, OEE, FPY, customer escapes) Qualifications: •Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. •8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. •Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
