Required Skills: •Act as a senior technical advisor for global strategic enterprise opportunities and customer engagements. •Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, Chief Digital Officers and senior technology teams. •Understand and map complex customer technology environments, identifying where Bloomreach can create value. •Whiteboard and communicate complex architectures, data flows and integration strategies with technical and executive audiences. •Advise customers on how data moves from systems of record through to real-time decisioning, personalization and activation. •Help customers evaluate architectural trade-offs across data platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity, governance, latency and scalability. •Explain where traditional warehouse-centric approaches may not fully support real-time customer decisioning and activation. •Bring strong expertise across modern data architectures, including Databricks, Snowflake, lakehouses, CDPs, APIs and cloud platforms.
