Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (required) •Demonstrated ability to leverage capabilities from across the Microsoft ecosystem and combine them with third-party platforms, packaged products, APIs, and custom-developed components to deliver integrated, end-to-end products •Proven ability to architect the complete product experience including business processes, user experience, applications, workflows, data, integrations, security, automation, analytics, infrastructure, operations, and lifecycle management •Deep analytical and design thinking skills •Communication skills to make technical topics easier for practice leaders to understand •Strong organizational and leadership skills •Persists in the face of obstacles, demonstrates initiative, and sets high personal standards for performance and operational excellence •This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.
