And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts. •Act as a subject matter expert in designing and implementing Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Data Engineering, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Power BI applications to support enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics. •Develop dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards by integrating data from multiple sources. •Interface directly with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and build solutions using Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse structures. •Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to design data models, medallion architecture, and semantic models. Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Fabric architecture, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines, and Dataflows Gen2. •Proficiency in DAX, SQL, Python, and understanding of source systems such as SAP. •Operational familiarity with supporting BI tools and ecosystem: Power Query, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, or Databricks. •Demonstrated capacity to lead a team of 2–3 Associates/Solution Architects/Sr. Solution Architects in the Fabric & Power BI domain. •Demonstrated capacity to comply with all relevant SOPs and company policies related to the position. •Strong understanding and adherence to company safety and quality policies. •20%: Up to 52 business days per year •Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
