Required Skills: •· Develop technical processes and methods to efficiently execute safety-critical projects including DO-178C software verification. •· Onboard, mentor, and guide engineers and sub-leads to grow high-performing, remote teams. •· Primary customer interface for technical execution, input reviews, issue escalation, and team status. •· Capture, refine, and present technical topics and status such as detailed tracking visuals, process changes, or scope impacts. •· Evaluate project timelines, deadlines, and budget, identify potential delays and overruns, and facilitate technical risk mitigations. •· Lead Product Owner responsibilities for agile teams. •· Estimate future activities for scope impacts and forecasting. •· Analyze correctness and completeness of project plans with respect to industry standards including DO-178C or MIL-STD-882E. Qualifications: •· Due to the nature of the work performed, U.S. Citizenship is required. •· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •· Strong experience with MS Excel or Power BI including development of detailed status tracking visuals. •· Self-starter and excels at building teamwork. •· Very organized with strong attention to detail. •· Occasional travel may be required.
